These general conditions of sale apply strictly to all sales of products made in Spain, by NUEVA DIETETICA SL, with CIF number B91503714, hereinafter www.zeroallergen.com, with destination to natural persons.

 

Any order made to www.zeroallergen.com necessarily implies as an essential, determining and essential condition, the unreserved acceptance by the Client of the General Conditions of Sale of www.zeroallergen.com in force on the day on which the corresponding order. In addition, the Client acknowledges that the acceptance of these conditions will imply their application to the order to which they refer, as well as to any subsequent order, with the exception of those cases in which new conditions are brought to their attention by www.zeroallergen. com. The fact that www.zeroallergen.com does not resort at any given time to any of these conditions cannot be interpreted nor will it be tantamount to renouncing them in the future or in the past.

 

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction. The interpretation and execution of the conditions, as well as all acts that are a consequence of them, will be subject to Spanish law, unless there are public order provisions contrary to it.

 

2- Prices:

The prices published on www.zeroallergen.com are in Euros and are valid except for typographical errors. All prices include VAT included on the day of the order, any change in VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of products for sale at www.zeroallergen.com

 

Liquidations on products for sale on www.zeroallergen.com will be shown in the “Liquidations” section or indicated on the product sheet and, if not indicated otherwise, will be valid as long as they are displayed on the screen.

 

www.zeroallergen.com neither informs nor assumes the customs costs that the relevant authority or post office may require from the client for the management and / or delivery of the products, these costs must be borne by the customer and will not be a justifying reason for cancellation of the order.

4- Product:

The offers presented by www.zeroallergen.com are valid within the limit of available stocks. www.zeroallergen.com reserves the right to modify the product assortment based on the difficulties imposed by its suppliers.

 

The photographs, graphics and descriptions of the products proposed for sale are only indicative and do not compromise the seller www.zeroallergen.com in any way.

 

5- Shipments:

 

1. The products purchased will be delivered to the person and to the address indicated in the order.

 

2. By default, invoices will be sent to the email address indicated by the customer at the time of registration at www.zeroallergen.com, unless delivery address other than billing is indicated.

 

3.On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no departure or delivery of orders.

 

4.However, your delay will not imply any cancellation of the order or any compensation.

 

5. An order is considered delivered at the time the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and he signs the delivery receipt document. It is up to the customer to verify the status of the merchandise upon receipt indicating all the anomalies on the delivery receipt.

 

6. The observations specified by the client, for the delivery of the orders, will be attended to the extent possible, without being mandatory by the carrier and / or www.zeroallergen.com.

6- Return and cancellation policies

 

6-1 Return of merchandise:

 

Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant you the right to return any item purchased at www.zeroallergen.com within 14 days from the date of receipt and provided that it is not unsealed, opened or used

You will not have to provide any explanation, any item, purchased at www.zeroallergen.com, returned in its original packaging, sealed and in perfect condition will be accepted without further ado.

Within a maximum period of 30 days of receipt of the return, www.zeroallergen.com agrees to your refund.

Before making the return, you will have to communicate it to the Customer Service department through info@zeroallergen.com.

If the cause of the return is that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, www.zeroallergen.com will bear the costs of the return and new shipment. If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you, we will refund the amount but not the shipping costs or the return costs.

 

6-2 Cancellation of order:

If the cancellation of the order arrives before the goods leave the customer will not have any expenses. In the case of a cancellation after the order is shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs as well as the return costs of this same order.
