INGREDIENTS: Rice our, modied cornstarch, cornour, salt and rising agent (sodium pyrophosphate and sodium bicarbonate).
HOW TO USE:
1. Slowly pour 130ml of water over 100g of product and gradually mix with a beater until a dense and even mixture
2. Put the food to be fried in the mix and cover the entire surface.
3. Fry as preferred (if you prefer a more crispy consistency, put the food in the same our before step 2).
CONSERVATION: store in a cool, dry place, at room temperature and away from light.
