INGREDIENTS: Pastry mix [Starch (corn, potato), Rice our (local), Psyllium husk powder, Raising agents (glucono-delta-lactone and sodium hydrogen carbonate), Sugar, Fermented dry rice dough, Salt, Thickening agent (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose)], Water, High oleic sunower oil, Inulin syrup, Oligofructose inulin, Raising agents (sodium carbonates and ammonium carbonates), Maltitol, Flavourings (butter avouring and vanilla avouring), Xanthan gum and Acidity regulator.
